This has my name written AAALL over it. From the nightshade to the neoprene fabrications, the Calvin Klein Jeans‘ Black series is me embodied!
The Calvin Klein Jeans Black Series (unfortunately for me) is limited edition and it’s an exclusive capsule of premium, urban streetwear grounded in the brand’s iconic logo. Oh, that logo – that solidified the 90s and really, the start of my obsession with the fashion industry.
The global campaign features American models and siblings, Lucky Blue Smith and Pyper America Smith, and was shot by photographer Rory Payne in Brooklyn, New York.
This new series, designed by Calvin Klein Jeans’ Global Creative Director, Kevin Carrigan, consists of bomber jackets, tees, sweatshirts and jogger sweatpants for both men and women, all rendered in a technological, tone-on-tone black neoprene. The offering is anchored by the brand’s heritage “cK” logo design, which is updated using a new heat-sealed technology.
