Fashion | PUMA X House of Hackney Fall 2014

Collaboration alert! PUMA X House of Hackney (HOH) collaborate on an exclusive footwear & apparel collection which highlight and emphasize the parties’ unique DNA.
Fashion and interiors brand House of Hackey was founded in London in 2010 by husband and wife duo, Javvy M. Royle & Frieda Gormley of which the two are on a quest to ‘make something modern’ on all things British. Taking traditional and turning it on its head, the team’s use of playful and disorientating prints have become the brand’s signature and a favourite amongst savvy home owners. Celebrating almost 2 years in fashion, HOH have created an almost cult following with their twists on conventional sportswear, demure dresses and array of accessories. Keeping in line with the traditional approach of House of Hackney, the collaborative duo integrate prints such as ‘Hackney Empire’, ‘Dalston Rose’, ‘Palmeral’ & ‘Wild Card’ (My favourite).
Fusing both brands’ roots, these prints are applied to footwear and apparel, such as classic PUMA silhouettes like the Basket (below) and R698 – throughout the collection these prints and patterns are complemented with soft velvet, jacquard and leathers. The limited edition collection is available now at select specialty stores and PUMA stores across the country.
