Ad Campaign | Balenciaga S/S 2013 by Steven Meisel

Models, Kremi Otashliyska, Kristin Kragh Liljegren & Sam Rollinson all land the role as the faces of Balenciaga’s last campaign that Nicolas Ghesquière has designed for the Parisian fashion house.

The departure of one talented designer to the next is always bittersweet because everyone brings a different perspective on the aesthetic of fashion houses but I think everyone is looking forward to what Alexander Wang will come up with. Despite Wang being one of my personal favourite designers, it’ll be a test of his true talent as a designer – the design and feel of Balenciaga is quite the departure from Wang’s usual design angle. We all know he marvels in that urban street chic style he become known for – freaking love him!
