With Gisele Bündchen closing your show, you know you’ve made it! Seems like a military trend is popping up in collections. (Jason Wu, showed some too) Alexander Wang showed some great militia inspired pieces from his latest Fall 2012 collection.
Wang went back to his roots, working with leathers and that signature drape in knits! Netted masks covered model’s lower face channeling a little fashion ninja Wang?! I did it! Styled wonderfully!
The collection’s outerwear are making this collection - structured leather coats, embellished with military accents, sculpted sleeves and shoulders, mmm!! His minimalism just astounds me!

Bündchen is joined alongside Mariacarla Boscono, Chris Moore and Simone Nobili for Givenchy’s S/S 2012 ad campaign, all lensed by the critical perspectives of Mert & Marcus.

Brazilian super model, Gisele Bündchen joins Ryan Barrett as the female face for Versace’s S/S 2012 ad campaign. Just like the men’s ads, Mert & Marcus play up the women’s aquatic and sea-inspired looks with a blue undertone in the photographs!

Gisele Bündchen is everywhere! I’m sure this won’t be the last we’ll see of her pretty little face too! Being shot again by über-photographer, Steven Meisel, ads go on rotation next month.
Bündchen is the face for Balenciaga’s S/S 2011 ad campaign and I know a lot of you won’t agree that she looks good, nor understand what she’s wearing. Balenciaga is the epitome of what fashion is to me and conceptually may not be understood by all but, stylistically it’s brilliant! That and she’s also wearing the limited-edition watch Balenciaga released a short while ago, which retails for $1375-$1445 USD.
What’s your honest opinion of Bündchen’s look for the campaign?
