Magazine | L’Officiel Hommes Korea #8

Following his cover for Schön magazine No.16, David Gandy lands another cover and feature editorial - this time for L’Officiel Hommes Korea No.6!
For a technical model, Gandy doesn’t win any points, his poses are mundane and for high fashion editorials his built and face will look odd in draped jersey or over-bearing trousers. But, the hottie fills a void in an circle of thin, waif-like male models that are walking for Fendi, Armani or Rick Owens. He exudes sex appeal and every girl wants to be with him and every guy wants to be him - I mean look at him, bang me all day, all night!

The latest shoot titled, Perfectionist, sees Gandy wearing the season’s hottest trends, from the wide-brimmed hat, ankle-length trousers and tailored suiting. Lensed by David Roemer.

Magazine | Schön! Magazine #16

Schön!magazine commission the stunning, David Gandy for their latest cover and editorial! The thirty one year discusses his 10 years in the model business with the mag and as much I’m traditional with the modeling industry, I hope he never retires! He fills a void - not everyone wants a fresh faces youngling! He’s so rugged…mmm…
Photographer, Dimitris Theocharis lenses the dapper looking model in outfits by Dior Homme, Alexander McQueen, Dolce & Gabbana amongst many others.

Ad Campaign | Dolce & Gabbana Men’s Eyewear A/W 11/12

A naked, David Gandy is photographed once again, by Mariano Vivanco for Dolce & Gabbana’s men’s eyewear campaign, and naturally my heart’s a flutter!
A favoured model for Dolce & Gabbana, the near-anatomically-correct specimen poses nude wearing nothing by the latest frames from the Italian house. I can’t wait to see these ads plastered around
What do you think?

Ad Campaign | Dolce & Gabbana Gym A/W 11/12

Dolce & Gabbana muse, David Gandy takes his usual centre stage with the Italian house in the steamy ad campaign for the house’s Gym collection.
The class act of male stunners with Gandy include the likes of Arthur Kulkov, Adam Senn, Sebastian Lund, Guy Robinson, Julien Quevenne, Philip Huang, Nikola Jovanovic, Sam Webb and Sacha M’Baye. Hoodies, drawstrings, sweat and a whole lot of skin from the unruly lot! All shot by Mariano Vivanco.

A retrospective look of one of the fashion industry’s most notable models by photographer Mariano Vivanco in a book titled, David Gandy.
A senusal and erotic shoot of David Gandy, including past works the model has done with his long relationship with Dolce & Gabbana. A chronicle if you will.
The book will be available in all Dolce & Gabanna stores, of which all proceeds will go towards the house’s supported charity - Project EUPLOOS.

Naturally when designers release their ad campaigns we usually get a look behind the scenes or have a video journal of the shoot. Sergio K put together this wonderful video for their A/W 2011 ad campaign featuring David Gandy.
Ad Campaign | Sergio K A/W 2011

Male model, David Gandy’s piercing blue eyes are just mesmerizing and his rugged looks fit Sergio K’s Autumn 2011 campaing perfectly!
The shoot that was photographed by Terry Richardson, features Gandy in a display of sexual masculinity and a passionate stare that can get anyone going! I think I’m slowly beginning to appreciate Richardson’s work - but not completely sold.

Editorial | Shortlist Mode Cover & Editorial

The editorial text says it all “embrace the hedonistic fusion of machismo and high camp that defined the 70s.”
Shortlist Mode’s latest editorial features model David Gandy as the classic man - the original no hold bars manly man. But the re-introduction of the classic male aesthetic we saw in the latest collections has a modern flare to it with the use of lighter fabrications, tailored lines and the push on accessories. That western-inspired wide brimmed hat you’ve all been hesitant to embrace is very on point gentlemen. Huge fan!
