Lust Have | Diesel Indigo Denim Backpack
I’m currently obsessed with buying a fun chic backpack but I’m incredibly picky and I just don’t like anything and do not justify some of the price points that designers dish out on retail costs! Never happening, ever. But, our friends over at Diesel came up with this bad boy which I have yet to see in stores or anything! I was browsing through SSENSE and I saw it, fell in love and now really want it!
This oversize denim backpack in dark wash features a fold over flap closure of the compartment with tonal drawstring closure with silver tone grommets at main. I think what I love most about it is it’s dark brown leather straps with pin buckle closure, like hello, can you imagine how good they’ll look when they’re old?! Amazing. It’s padded at the back so that’ll provide comfort and back support, especially when I’d have a million things in it! I just really would love to see it all beat up and ruined! Remember Diesel denim only gets better with age!

Event | Swarovski Crystal Forest Grand Opening Toronto
The Toronto Swarovski flagship located on one of Canada’s most significant fashion addresses has recent received a major face lift!
Remodeled to showcase the beauty and brilliance of crystal, the Crystal Forest design creates a sparkling backdrop for all of Swarovski’s jewellery and accessories. The stunning new store design brightens the Bloor/Yonge corner with a winter white finish and the brand’s iconic crystal finish.
Asides having a gorgeous new space, the retail space had a beautiful and delicious looking candy & cupcake display table to coincide with the S/S 2012 Swing, sing & shine collection. Naturally, I had to be extra and sit on the display table! Hah, unnecessary!

Lust Have | Alexander McQueen Tiger Skull Silk Scarf
We’ve all been wearing them for years now, and some of you say they’re over-rated, I say, NEVER! I have three McQueen scarves and they NEVER, nor will they ever get old!
Just throwing on a McQueen scarf on an outfit just adds an instant dramatic punch! We’ve seen the basic black, vibrant cobalt blue and even electric yellow, but it’s been awhile since a new print has caught my eye.

I’ve long disliked the UK-based label whose origin dates back to Manchester; evolving and thriving in the skateboard and BMX culture. BENCH who sought to collaborate with Manchester’s lively music scene that was synonymous with skateboards and tricked out bikes - became the unofficial uniform of the street style-savvy subculture. Preview | Swarovski ‘Swing, Sing and Shine’ S/S 2012
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Preview season! Last week I let you guys into the world of H&M (but just the Versace collab, will show you S/S 2012 cleection soon), and I still have GAP Inc, Hudson Jeans and Lundström Collection to blog about!
Swarovski events and previews are always such a treat because the team at Swarovski are so fun and open to many of the bloggers. I still drool and marvel at the Catwalk Collection they invited me to during this year’s Toronto International Film Festival.
Titled, Swing, Sing and Shine, the Swarovski S/S 2012 collection is a tribute to vintage styling, specifically the early 60s through to the 70s. The brand’s Creative Director, Nathalie Colin tells a story through the collection of a young girl as she transitions from a student to that of a celebrity becoming accustomed to the fame and limelight.
Swarovski’s staples come back for the Spring 2012 season like the joyful Disney Collection, (incorporating some pieces based on the two Snow White movies coming out in the new year), the incredibly popular Hello Kitty Collection and Swarovski’s caricatures, Erika & Eliot
The men’s collection sees it’s second season in production with some favourites returning for Spring 2012. Like these wicked cool skull chain necklaces that had me over the moon when I first went to the Fall 2011 preview before the summer. I went into the stores and they were already sold out! Like, c’mon! So this time round I’m calling up the PR girls and finding out when exactly the deliveries come into the stores! Need the new double strand thick chained one, it retails for $525 CDN.
I also have to thank Marcus Kan of Fusion Of Effects for taking some of my photos with my camera - I’m not a photographer and I never know these settings to my DSLR so he took some for me. But, he was complaining about how my camera sucked, well sorry Marcus like I don’t know anything about cameras! Put me on the other side of the camera, that’s a different story!
